During a one-week intensive field course across Florida, I presented and led discussion with my partner about snail kite plasticity and invasive snails and participated in six other lectures.

Van-tripping through Gainesville, Cape Coral, the Everglades, Key Largo, Miami, and more in between
Seeing around 134 species of birds
Camping and spending every day outside
Learning about manatees, burrowing owls, and legacy pollution from my peers' lectures
